A message from LINDAL on COVID-19

Following the outbreak of COVID-19 we wanted to assure our customers and partners that we are monitoring the impact on our business closely, making sure all our employees are safe and ensuring our ability to supply you is as effective as possible.

Although the coronavirus has had an unprecedented global impact, we are doing everything in our power to keep our supply chain as stable as possible. As an international company, we have initiated an Executive Team lead Task Force to assess the ongoing situation on a global level, this Task Force is monitoring developments across all our LINDAL sites on a daily basis, to ensure optimum continuity of resource and supply for our customers.

Since the crisis began, we have been able to successfully manage our typical day-to-day operations, thanks to both the diligence and commitment from our employees, and the cooperation from our customers and partners. In addition, the business continuity strategies we have in place have thus far allowed us to continue to operate and meet the ongoing requirements of our customers around the world for the premium products we produce.

We realise that effective communication is vital at this time, and as such, our dedicated customer service departments remain available and will provide relevant advice and information on any potential disruptions to orders that may occur.

Naturally, the health of our employees is of paramount importance, and we have taken stringent measures to ensure our staff are able to operate in a healthy and safe environment, including the implementation of specific COVID-19 guidelines to be adhered to by everyone employed by the company.

We remain committed to doing everything within our capabilities to keep all LINDAL sites operating and to maintain the supply of products, and we will carry on working in conjunction with government regulations and border controls regarding this evolving situation.
