Roles and responsibilities

  • Able to proficiently register new customers and manage both supply and payment methods
  • Able to create customer orders and work with production/warehouse and commercial teams to process orders effectively
  • Competently issue customer invoices and manage other outgoing payments
  • Ensure order dates correspond correctly with delivery dates
  • Effectively manage inventories and monitor all movement of goods
  • Able to organise the dispatch and transport of goods, ensuring they reach customers in a timely manner and in the correct quantities

Qualifications and requirements

  • Administrative or trade Diploma
  • Previous experience of the same or similar role in Italy
  • Knowledge of Italian legislation regrading invoicing
  • Excellent organisational and management skills
  • Established experience in national/EEC and particularly EXTRA-EEC shipments
  • Practical knowledge of Preferential Origin Good and Authorised Exporter for EXTRA-EEC countries. Please note: this is a desired, but not a mandatory requirement
  • Able to use basic management software, with knowledge of SAP an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Excel and key IT applications
  • Excellent knowledge of English
