LINDAL Group has presented several new developments in the area of aerosol actuators, spraycaps and dispensing systems at this year´s aerosol exhibition and congress in Nice.
The one-piece actuator Flip Top Spray consists of an actuator with integrated overcap. An additional overcap is no longer necessary. Single-handedly, the integrated overcap can be opened and the actuator activated. Upon request the Flip Top Spray actuator can be manufactured in different designs and diameters.
The spraycap ProDuo can be actuated in two different ways. By pressing the finger pad on the top of the spraycap or by activating the trigger. Activating the trigger is the easier and more appropriate way for products, which have to be applied on larger surfaces or for a longer period of time, i.e. certain household products or cosmetic products for professional use.
The LinRoc® / T Dispensing System is a most advanced and patented system for the delivery of thick, sticky and difficult to handle materials without waste or mess, such as sealants, adhesives, fillers or lubricants.
The handling is easy and controllable, an exact dosing of the product is possible. A twist lock system and overcap inhibit curing and thus ensure a longer usability of the product. It can be applied on horizontal or vertical surfaces or even upside down.
Furthermore, the innovative TRUSPRAY® system - which will set new standards in aerosol packaging - was presented. This new aerosol system will open completely new fields of application for aerosols. TRUSPRAY® is an innovation of STEAG microParts GmbH, Dortmund and it is manufactured and distributed exclusively by LINDAL.
New spraycap designs for cosmetic or household products have completed the showcase of new and innovative products. |
