TRUSPRAY® : A Powerful New Aerosol System

After successfully completing the development of the new aerosol system TRUSPRAY® LINDAL Ventil GmbH, Bad Oldesloe, and STEAG microParts GmbH, Dortmund, have announced a long term cooperation in preparation for full production and marketing of the TRUSPRAY® aerosol system.
For the first time ever an aerosol system will allow the application of difficult to disperse products, e.g. oils, lotions, gels and other highly concentrated media for spray rates of 1-3 g/10 sec. This will make aerosol packs more efficient and will allow downsizing of the cans. This will open new fields of applications for many existing and completely new formulations. The usage of non-renewable raw materials and the environmental damage by aerosols can be reduced significantly. STEAG microParts and LINDAL are planning to introduce the TRUSPRAY® aerosol system in the summer of 2004 and expect to make a major impact on the aerosol packaging industry.
LINDAL will exclusively manufacture and market STEAG microParts´ TRUSPRAY® aerosol system. It is planned to extend the development of the TRUSPRAY® concept to create a comprehensive family of aerosol valves.
