aerosol-valves as licensee of Newman-Green Inc. (USA);
Head Office based in Hamburg (Germany).
1965: Move to new production plant
at Bad Oldesloe, north of Hamburg (Germany)
1975: Setup of a new production site
at Briey/Alsace-Lorraine (France)
1980: End of licence with Newman-Green
Inc., working independently as LINDAL Ventil GmbH. Manufacturing
also of male aerosol valves.
Setup of a new production site at Leighton-Buzzard (United
Kingdom)
1994: Extension of production site
at Briey, new production lines
1997: Take-over of Rexam Dispenser:
Deutsche Aerosol-Ventile GmbH (DAV), Aerosol-Research
and Development Ltd. (ARD) and Valvole Aerosol Research
Italiana S.P.A. (VARI) are integrated into the LINDAL
Group
1998: Take-over of the Belgian company
Ecopack International N.V.: Extension of the Bag-On-Valve
product range
2000/2001: Extension of the French
subsidiary LINDAL France S.A., Integration of Ecopack
International N.V. into the production site at Briey
(France) and change to Ecopack S.A.S.. Set-up of LINDAL
PLAST S.A. (France): Additional capacities for injection
moulding.
